Football fan Elton John topped the guest list at a party at London's Selfridges store - but was more interested in England's Euro 2000 match against Portugal [and so was Gary, as it seems ... the Ed.]. Judging by the singer's expression he has only seen the first 20 minutes, when england went 2-0 up, and is blissfully unaware of the capitulation that would follow. Never mind. The party was held to mark the formal unveiling of Sam Taylor-Wood's 900-ft photograph, which is wrapped around scaffolding surrounding the Oxford Street store. Elton eppears in the record breaking photo, the largest single photographic panorama ever made, along with 20 other contemporary icons including Alex James and Jodie Kidd. Also at Monday's bash were Richard E.Grant, Stella McCartney and Lulu.
